Clinging Vine Films was founded by Kevin Cate to move audiences with emotional stories and visceral images. 

 

Our first short film, sci-fi thriller OPEN DOOR, racked up over a million organic views in a few days. Our second film, PUT YOUR CART AWAY, a dark comedy, was hailed as hilarious and ambitious. Most recently our teaser trailer short film for IDENTICAL was called a "mind-blowing must-see."

We are currently working on more breakthrough short films and entering pre-production for our debut feature-length film in 2025.
